Our first barrel- fermented Chardonnay made with minimal intervention. Handpicked and fermented with with wild yeasts and undisturbed for 11 months in 20% new oak. Deep and complex aromas reflect the winemaking where each barrel brings to the blend its own characteristics. They meld to form a deep and rich flavour of creme brulee with citrus hints and a long, lingering finish. Cellar with confidence 5-8 years.
