This wine was whole bunch pressed directly to seasoned French oak barriques. The ferment proceeded naturally to dryness before lees contact for five months.
The Rose exhibits aromas of feijoa and guava with gunsmoke and menthol from fermenting with cloudy juice. The palate is full-flavoured, with red berry fruit balanced by crisp acid and a long dry finish.
